Just enable both cards and run the driver setup from nvidia. Tldr: I have 2 Nvidia GPUs and can't update them properly. How do I update both cards without having to do it multiples times?

I then go online and install the updates, which causes the mx150 drivers to be rolled back to the previous version. I usually install it and then when I plug in my rtx 2060 there are no updates. the Geforce experience app only ever shows updates for my mx150, when the rtx 2060 is unplugged.

The only issue that remains is that I am not quite sure how to update my cards drivers. Now that the GPU switching is up and running I have had no crashing like before.
